September 22, 2006 - The property is coming along nicely with a new property map due out shortly. The recent hurricane didn't have much of an effect on Pescadero, as well as the Todos Santos area in general. Once again, the weather and waves have been outstanding - just a few clouds in the morning, otherwise sunny and hot in the upper 80's. May 7, 2005 - There has been much talk of Pescadero and Todos Santos in the media lately. The cover of last Sundays New York Times had an article calling this the Best place in the world to own a second home, and real estate is at an all time boom. Houses a half mile from the beach, built 20 years ago are selling for close to a half million U.S. Dollars. Finally the local government is currently installing electricity and high-speed cable access utilities, along with a new two lane highway, which should help keep, all transport traffic off of the beach roads. April 2, 2005 - Greetings from Pescadero! This is the first of on ongoing series of updates from Playa Los Cerritos, and The Tortuga Del Sol project. The weather has been picturesque - low 80’s high 70’s and dropping into the 50’s at night. Winds have been relatively mild with a few showers in the mountains. The surf has been up, with solid 6 footers in the East Cape over the last three weekends, and a constant 2-4 tide dependent at Los Cerritos. Baja Property News Releases from Major U.S. Publications
